A light and refreshing version of an Apple Juice Jelly which is made by an Indigenous Entrepreneur in Nova Scotia. We strive to use as little and simple ingredients as possible in every recipe and we aim to reduce waste in every step of our operations, NS apples are tasty through and through with each piece of the fruit having a purpose.   • Ingredients:

    Apple Juice, Pectin and Sugar.

  • Instructions:

    Shelf Stable to the best before date on the jar. Refrigerate after opening.

  • Care Instructions

    It is recommended to remove metal bands from jars after processing. If a seal breaks, the band can create a false seal or hide signs of spoilage.

    Avoid stacking jars to protect the seals.

    To check the seal, ensure the center is not raised and lift the jar by the lid—if sealed properly, it will hold without separating from the glass jar.
